In this version of Hilary Duff’s hairstyle a large barrel curling iron is used to create big sexy curls that scream glam. To create this hairstyle apply a volumizing mousse to damp hair and give your hair a defined middle part. Section your hair into two sections, a top and bottom section, pinning the top section up and out of your way. Begin blow drying the bottom section with a large round brush. Work from root to tip, angling the nozzle of the blow drier downward to avoid fly away hairs. Once the bottom section is dry let down the top section and repeat until all your hair is completely dry.
